Paśhu Pakṣhī

Paśhu Pakṣhī — drawn from paśhu (animal) and pakṣhī (bird) — is the second half of Prākṛtikākṛti, inspired by creatures that move with instinct, awareness, and quiet resilience.

Paśhu Pakṣhī turns to the grounded strength and grace of fauna — of wings gliding, limbs stretching, bodies arching mid-motion.

Wood became the medium of choice — for its grain, its warmth, its ability to hold shape while still feeling alive. The pieces are sculptural, built with attention to silhouette and posture rather than mimicry. Each one aims to reflect how a creature’s presence can linger — not in noise, but in form. Paśhu Pakṣhī is less about what animals are, and more about what they leave behind — a sense of presence, of movement, of something wild and still.
